New regulations coming for outdoor seating: away with minimum distance from trees and poles

More liberalization of outdoor seating is coming: goodbye to the minimum distance of two meters from driveways, bricks, light poles or trees. The regulations approved last December will be revised and amended, particularly with regard to Article Six, which requires that a clear safety area be maintained.

Numerous requests have been submitted to the city's counters in recent months: 2,821 total files, 2,139 of which relate to adjustments to "extraordinary" occupations dating back to 2020 and 2021. There are 682 new requests.
