Specifically, our activity as mediators is aimed at "guiding" the parties (buyer and seller) in entering into a preliminary purchase and sale agreement that reflects all the agreements made during negotiations. In fact, the mediator is the one who brings together two or more parties for the conclusion of a deal without being linked to some of being by relationships of collaboration, dependence or representation (Art. 1754).
Indeed, our main services represent promotion and sales, consulting and license transfer, appraisals, inventories, and business strategies.
Our main goal is to assist the client from the initial stage of negotiations through comprehensive and specific advice in order to ensure a transaction without surprises and in compliance with all applicable regulations until the handover of the exercise.

Our reality was founded as Studio GPR in 1981 in Milan by Mr. Graziano Galimberti, Mr. Paolo Pontecorvo and Mr. Renato Rocco, who brings his concrete experience as an entrepreneur in the administration sector.
Studio Rocco specializes in commercial brokerage and buying and selling of commercial businesses and commercial properties such as: Bars, Tobacco Bars, Restaurants and Hotels.
For the past 30 years or so, Renato Rocco has been joined by his son Angelo Rocco, who, aided by highly qualified collaborators, has helped lead the firm to be a market leader and a firm of excellence in the field today.
