Bars and restaurants, extension until the end of the year for tables and dehors without permits

Until the end of the year, therefore, the application of the rule of the "Ristori Decree" will continue, according to which, for the temporary installation on streets, squares, roads and other open spaces of removable structures(dehors, elements of street furniture, equipment, platforms, tables seats and umbrellas) for the purpose of encouraging compliance with spacing measures, restaurant or food and beverage operators are not required to acquire in advance the permits required by the "Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code" and are not obliged to the 90-day time limit for their removal.

Satisfied is Fiepet Confesercenti, which had made the request for the extension by sending a letter to the government. "The extension is a fundamental measure to deal with the dramatic situation facing public businesses at this time," remarked President Giancarlo Banchieri.
